Prairie Star is accepting applications for both Hostess and Wait Assistants. New hires may be cross trained for both positions. Prairie Star is open Wed-Sat., with the exception of a few "all hands on deck" holidays. Applicants need to be 16 years of age, and agree to get a food handlers certification within 30 days of hire. This position works evenings from 4 pm to approximately 9 pm, according to business. So no late nights, great for high school students, or for anyone looking for a second job.
