🍽️🔪 Join our team at Indigo Crow. We're a locally owned and operated restaurant proudly serving Corrales for over 20 years! We’re a casual fine dining restaurant looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our tight-knit, family-like kitchen team.

What You’ll Do:
• Cook to order on sauté and grill stations with consistency and precision
• Prepare and execute dishes to Indigo Crow’s standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
• Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team to ensure smooth service
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of line cooking experience (fine dining or scratch kitchen preferred)
• Cook-to-order experience on sauté and grill required
• Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and pride in your work
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings and weekends
• Sunday availability required
