It has a tube steel frame, with wood armrests, fabric seating area and fabric shade canopie.
Everything appears to be in good-to-great condition.
It says copyright 1992 at the top of the chair, so it is likely from 1992.
"catchy" phrase on the seat of the chair "dont stick you butt in the sand".
Shade canopie is adjustable and folds behinde the chair when not in use. Chair folds flat for transport and storage.
