Commercial grade Grind-By-Weight espresso grinder, this was a backup grinder from a cafe that closed down and was never actually used (see bean counter pic, .03kg from testing).

They included a new set of titanium burrs which I’ve installed

I realized GBW is not really my thing and that I prefer single dosing so I’m letting it go
