I bought this a while back but only used this about two times, and then found a spot to permanently dock my trailer so I haven't used it since. I put it back in it's storage bag and put it in a closet so it has been in conditioned air space with no dust. Should be in as new condition as possible. Has the cool zipper doors so you can still have it covered and access the trailer. Elastic bands on the bottom and clips should all still be perfect.
