This is called an Engine Jacket Water Cooler. It is a free standing radiator for really large engines. Alternatively, It could be used to heat or cool a large space if you have a source of hot or cold liquid. Its fan motor is 3-phase, 208, 5 and 2.2 horsepower. The copper coils and over all appearance, including cosmetic nicks and dings, show its age. There is one small patched spot in the coils. We are not aware of any significant leaks.

RADIATOR DIMS 62" W X 58" H X 5 OR 6" THICK This should be able to handle a generator greater than 500 KW.
