These frames were used to mount solar photo voltaic panels that allowed them to be tilted in one direction toward the sun. Some have the pivot rods and some don't. Those that don, have a pad for mounting pivot rods. The frames are made of light steel 3 " square tube. The have additional mounting spots along the long side. Other solar panel mounting items are also available.
