The couch and loveseat have worn fabric in spots, so cleaning will not eliminate these areas. However, they have no rips or tears and are extremely comfortable and very durable. My wife bought new couches as these are worn, but the old ones are much more comfortable. As you can see, if you put a throw and some pillows on the couches, they look very presentable. They both have casters on the feet so they are easily moved across carpet or a hard surface. We don't have a truck or van so the buyer will need to move them. They are heavy, but two guys should be able to handle them. The couch is 86" L x 36" x 36". The loveseat is 68" x 36" x 36". We prefer to sell as a set, but are willing to sell separately.
