We offer a private home setting (no 'busy' barn), with a total of only 6 indoor stalls and 4 covered pens. We have 1 indoor/covered stall now. Our barn offers you almost unlimited private time to enjoy your horse(s). We are located in beautiful Bosque Farms, w/i 1-mile of the Bosque/Rio Grande and have direct access to the ditchbank trails which will take you through the surrounding areas. Our barn consists of 12x12 indoor stalls with long outside runs. Exterior fence, arena and runs are ALL pipe fenced, 50' round pen; 60' x 90' sand arena. Horses fed twice daily and daily stall cleaning. We have box fans on every stall for summer/fly months. We alternate horse time in the arena and pasture for play or grazing, when pasture conditions are appropriate (not wet). We treat your horse as if it was our own, and expect you to provide shots, worming, hoof trimming, etc., when needed. We can be on hand for farrier visits if you cannot be available. All for only 400.00 per month
