What You'll Do
• Deliver compassionate, high quality care to patients in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, long term care facilities, and other healthcare settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs, height, weight, and patient observations.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulating patients safely.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Observe patient conditions and immediately report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and facility policies.
Qualifications
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico.
• Current BLS Certification preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous CNA experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced healthcare environment.
