I am looking for a landlord with an available 1or2 bedroom unit for immediate move in.
We are working with the Albuquerque community center that has approved us for rental assistance move in cost which covers the first month's rent, damage deposit and any fees associated to moving in to the apartment including application fees that can be added on to the payment.
I am hoping that we can find a landlord who would be willing to give us a free week so we can move in immediately. The program only pays one time and would hate to waste it on a week instead of the month.
Our situation at the moment is urgent since we have been displaced for about a week and need a permanent residence immediately to get off the streets.
What the program needs is a W-9 from the landlord an itemized invoice with all the moving costs and fees along with the lease.
