Quiet, responsible, clean female, 50s, seeks *quiet* long-term rental (Albuquerque)

I'm a solo, quiet, female in my mid-50s with no furniture, looking for a long-term rental in the Albuquerque area.
I'm looking for a quiet, private, furnished rental starting on December 1st or later. (1+ bedroom)
I'm looking to rent for a minimum of 4 months. If we're a good match, I’ll stay for years.
My credit score is about 800. I'm financially secure and debt-free, and can happily pay my rent and deposit up front.
I'll be living alone.
I'd love a furnished place, but if your situation is perfect for me (and very affordable) and it's not furnished, I can probably make that work.
I need:
quiet
internet
natural light (windows!)
safe parking
kitchen basics: stove/oven, full fridge
swamp cooler or A/C
washer / dryer (or shared access) would be great
I'm looking to pay $1000 to $1300 a month, but can be flexible for the perfect place.
I'm an excellent tenant; landlords tend to love me. :)
I've never paid rent even one day late, and I've never been evicted or fired.
I'm not a smoker or a drug user, and I rarely drink alcohol.
I'm a librarian on sabbatical, and I've spent the last couple years traveling and caring for people's pets in their homes. As a professional pet and house sitter, I traveled between Albuquerque and the San Francisco Bay Area.
I'm responsible, respectful, and organized, and I'm happy to provide you with my house sitting and airbnb references for the last few years.
(In addition to references from strangers as to my cleanliness, conscientiousness, and personality, those companies have already done the identification verification and criminal background check for you!)
I'm nerdy; I love reading books. I love nature walks, meditation, and museums. I knit and make other small art and crafts. I adore animals. (I don’t have any pets right now, but I’d like to rent a place with the possibility of having a cat later.)
In my housing, I look for quiet and private places where I can relax, read, meditate, and be away from people! I'm very friendly (and not shy), but I'm also very introverted, and like a lot of alone time. (And though I have lovely long-term friends in ABQ, I don't tend to have guests over very often.)
I'm that neighbor that always smiles and says "Hi," and that keeps an eye out for the health and safety of neighbors, but that you don't see a lot of. A courteous loner with good social skills! :)
Landlords and neighbors tend to love me because I'm quiet, responsible, respectful, and keep to myself.
My favorite part of town is the North Valley, but I'm flexible! I like peaceful areas.
I'd love a small standalone home, or possibly a semi-attached "in-law" unit.
I'm low-maintenance and down to earth. I don't need anything fancy, but I do need quiet, internet, and sunshine. :)
