I'm looking to rent either one, located on the eastside of the river, for $450 if utilities are additional and $500, if utilities are included.
At this point I can't fulfill the standard requirement of having an income level at 2 1/2 to 3 times the rent amount, but have always been on time and consistent with payments and have current references.
