LONG TERM - UNDER $1300 - MOVE-IN DATE FLEXIBLE
NM resident of 25 years, seeks long term rental. Renter of over 45 years, excellent references. Home could be house, casita, guest house, large studio, etc. for 1 semi-retired adult. (No apartment complexes)
- "Excellent" credit scores - verifiable rental references (Prop Mgmt. firms) Rent always early!
- Prefer under $1300 a month, willing to sign a longer lease, flexible
- Have been referred to as the "ideal tenant"
- Very quiet, clean, good neighbor
- Rental must be nice, clean (Will be kept that way daily!)
- Garage or carport, preferred.
THE MUST HAVES:
* W/D - or - hook ups
* Good cooling system (prefer refrigerated air, can live w/ a VERY good swamp cooler)
* Excellent cell signal
