$24,960 ($16 per hour)
About the Community
Alcalde is a gated community of 29 privately owned condominiums featuring a swimming pool and landscaped grounds.
We seek a dependable individual with passion, initiative, reliability to help a maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for residents and guests.
Position Summary
The Alcalde Custodian is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean, orderly and functional condition.
Qualifications
Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic, ability to work independently and take initiative, good communication and professionalism. Bilingual a plus.
Ability to lift, kneel, bend, stand, lift and pull dumpsters and objects up to 30 lbs.
Be computer and phone literate – email and phone texts. (Mobile phone supplied)
Ability to pass a background check and be bonded.
