Job Description:
Super Hero Inspections is expanding and seeking reliable field inspectors to complete property inspections in Albuquerque and Surrounding Areas.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and consistent volume available.
Responsibilities:
Complete exterior and/or interior property inspections
Take clear photos and submit reports via mobile app
Meet turnaround times (typically within 5 days)
Coverage Areas Needed:
Albuquerque and Surrounding Areas
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone or tablet
Ability to travel within assigned coverage area
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage and complete routes efficiently
Compensation:
Paid per inspection (higher volume available in certain areas)
