The LLLA homeowner's association is seeking a reliable and hard working laborer. Reporting to the Manager, the main responsibility is to perform maintenance around the community grounds. Duties include:
• Mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding and pesticide application
• Maintain hardscape areas, including gravel and sidewalks
• Assist in repairing irrigation system leaks, clogged valves, etc
• General clean up around the property, trash collection and cleaning two restrooms
Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year in groundskeeping/landscaping/maintenance, or similar
• Experience with grounds equipment, tools and machinery
• Written and verbal English communication skills
• Willingness to take direction and learn
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and work on a ladder, lift (50 lbs), climb, bend, reach, sit
Other requirements:
• Valid Driver’s license and use of a reliable vehicle
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Ability to pass a drug test and clear a background check
We offer:
• $20/hr. starting salary
• Steady (not seasonal), full-time work; Monday-Friday
• Paid time off
