As Groundskeeper/Maintenance person you will be required to work directly with maintenance supervisor and community manager to maintain the community and to oversee completion of assigned directives on time.
Must have your own basic tools.
Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
Must be able to stand, walk or kneel for extended periods of time.
Previous experience with basic landscaping preferred.
Communicates well and must be respectful towards residents to ensure their satisfaction.
Assist in monitoring resident's compliance with community rules while working around community.
Applicant must have a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and dependable transportation.
Prefer mobile home experience but not a requirement.
Compensation depends on experience.
