Qualifications
Residential HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background screening
EPA Certification preferred
Professional appearance and customer service skills
Ability to work safely and efficiently
For 1099 Crews
Must carry required licensing and insurance (where applicable)
Own tools and installation equipment preferred
Ability to complete jobs to company quality standards
Capacity to handle multiple installs per week is a plus
