Maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining the apartment community ground, and equipment in a safe, clean, and functional condition. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: complete work orders in a timely manner, perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry. Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins including make ready and turn processes. Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment and common areas, Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds, breezeways, parking areas and amenities. Respond to maintenance emergencies, including after-hours calls when required. Assist with inspections of unit's buildings, and property grounds etc.
