This is a part time position paying 1000 dollars a month to work with property owners who live out of town. This is a small, historical, charming apartment complex in the east mountain area of Carnuel.
Required to have your own vehicle. No DUI’s or arrests. Drug and alcohol free.
Experience with with Yardwork, drip system maintanance and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mouse and rat control, drywall and painting.
Works along side owners, takes direction yet voices needs of property
