Soilutions is hiring full-time Yard Hand to be part of our growing team that processes organic materials into compost, soils and mulch. As Yard Hand, you will work with the team to build, turn, and manage high quality compost piles and soils. Position involves working outdoors year round and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. Work involves holding large hoses to water products, clean up around property, and other tasks assigned by Operations Manager.

This is a full-time position. Farm or outdoor labor experience preferred.

Position Requirements
Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and weather
Reliable transportation to workplace
Follow safety protocols; identify and resolve safety concerns
Work both independently and collaboratively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50-$16.50 per hour based on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week
