(2) carpenter able to use tape measure, finish air gun, ,table saw, install trim, frame bancos, Work with small 3 feet timbers

(3). A good sheet rock person to finish the small patching areas. And matching the texture be good at using an air texture gun
Not a full time job it’s a gig around your schedule. For extra $$
Lots of other work finishing up a new house installing light fixtures. covering tranches cleaning etc etc
