RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Issue Resolution: Assist practitioners with claims, pricing, and contract-related inquiries. Ensure mutual understanding of our relationship with providers and maintain accurate records.
  • Training and Education: Contribute to provider training by conducting sessions and distributing relevant materials. Foster understanding of operations.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Submit service and recruiting reports as needed. Coordinate resolution of systemic problems and claim issues.
