Handyman needed (Albuquerque)

compensation: Payment is commensurate on experience. I will pay $20-$40 per hour or job/day rate. Hourly rate will depend on difficulty of work. Pay rate will be determined before work starts. Payment will be given upon completion of job/gig.

Looking for a jack of all trades/handyman. I have a couple of properties. I need help with maintenance and small projects. Jobs may include: carpentry, landscaping, small scale electrical, hauling/disposal, welding, etc .

-at least 5 years experience

-own a pick up truck
-own basic tools
