Steady Install is hiring movers, warehouse workers, and hands-on laborers for ongoing commercial projects in the Albuquerque, NM area — summer demand is picking up and we need reliable people on our platform now. This is 1099 contract work; no furniture installation resume required.
We welcome two kinds of people: tradespeople from adjacent fields (contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC and similar) who already own some tools and know how to work a jobsite, and entry-level workers with no tools or install experience who are ready, willing, and physically able to jump in. Every worker completes paid orientation before their first shift, with a clear path to move up into higher-paying installer roles as you gain experience with us.

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
Reliable transportation
Smartphone and internet access
Willingness to learn and follow directions on a jobsite
Strong communication and professionalism
Authorized to work in the United States
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or similar trades
Own basic hand tools
Moving, warehouse or forklift experience
OSHA 10 Certification
Bilingual English/Spanish
