Need PT Maintenance help for room and board (Albuquerque)

Only Part time needed 10 to 15 hrs per week.
Will trade room and board with full meals for part time help with maintenance of property.
Must be able to clean and maintain property. Must be able to do remodeling like tile work, painting and flooring etc and plumbing and electrical if needed must be able to do yardwork and any other chores necessary to keep property clean and maintained and updated.
Must have plumbing and electrical experience.
Location not far from UNM area.
Must be a non smoker
