Owners need following work done at a NW house.
1. Existing side fence in bad condition. We need a new fence (wood or metal) and existing door installed. Materials will be supplied.
2. Owners have not been able to use back yard in summer because there is no shade. A pergola type structure is needed either stick built or a boxed unit and you put together and install on existing concrete patio.
If you have an interest in doing both or either owner will supply all measurements etc for you to make informed bid. Strong basic fence and pergola not a lot of frills needed.

ALSO need bid on electrical work. 110 Mini split interior to outside is installed (by hvac). Need electric installed from unit to panel in garage. Homeowner will run cable to your specifications on exterior of house to outside of panel. You install in panel. Manual is available.
