Role overview

Primary tasks

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairs, and locker rooms
• Dust furniture, fixtures, lighting, and moldings; spot clean walls and surfaces
• Clean and restock restrooms; sanitize high touch points such as desks, handles, phones, and tools
• Wash interior windows and mirrors; remove stains from upholstered furniture
• Empty trash and recycling, clean receptacles, and move waste to disposal areas
• Clear debris or snow from entrances and sidewalks when needed
• Track supplies, request replenishment, and maintain a nightly cleaning log
• Secure areas and close doors at the end of the shift; report hazards or maintenance needs
