I have two water heaters in a duplex I need some minor upgrades added to make them comply with code:

Drain both tanks, install drain pans, and fill with water
Attach hurricane straps to both water heaters
Install 3/4 CPVC drain line on ONE of the T&P valves
Install sediment trap on ONE of the water heaters.

Must have a valid plumbing license or contractor's license.
Located in SW Albuquerque
