The Intelli-Balance Elite Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) series is ideal for multifamily units and new home build constructions. They are customizable, delivering high energy recovery performance achieving up to 89% SRE, designed to meet Green Building Code standards. These unique and cost-effective ERVs have been engineered for total versatility and installation flexibility in temperate climate zones. The occupant-controlled boost function can move the ERV fan speed to maximum CFM when activated.

Two (2) powerful ECM motors with Smart Flow technology ensure optimum CFM output by overcoming static pressure to effectively remove contaminated air and replace with fresh air
Multi-speed selector (30 to 110 CFM, 30 to 140 CFM) provides customizable airflow to create balanced, positive or negative pressure within the home
Two (2) MERV 13 filters included, optional MERV 6 (washable) and MERV 13 replacements available
