We are seeking a hard working, detailed focused person to fill a full time position in our assembly facility. The job will be the assembly of various parts to create a finished, packaged good. It will require excellent vision and sturdy hands.
This position will require basic math such as counting and subtraction; some basic hand working skills such as filing and using a dremel. Some secondary duties will be the assemblage of kits into bags and clamshells.
- the candidate will be:
- required to lift up to 40 pounds.
- be mostly working in a sitting position, but can in the future be in a standing position
- be organized, neat and have a keen eye for detail. All the other jobs ask for detail, but this job really requires attention to detail.
- other duties include maintaining and cleaning of your immediate and other areas in the facility
- and other assembly or parts processing duties asked by your manager
- prior assembly or manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
- we will train you to do your job accurately.
- this is a full-time, 40 hours a week, job. Indoors.
- work hours are Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm. 1/2-hour lunch.
- benefits are PTO and the standard holidays.
- initial pay range is $13 - $15 per hour, depending upon the candidate and their experience. Increases in compensation will be based on work ethic, accuracy, attendance and being an asset to the company.
