For sale are Harley Davidson Sportster sidecovers (battery and oil tank covers) that have been custom painted by Danny Bally with a very unique design. As soon as we purchased our Sportster in 2011 we commissioned Danny to do this paint job copying a cloth patch we had since the 1960s. He did such a great job that we decided to display them in our workshop instead of ride with them. These sidecovers are exactly like new; no blemishes or scratches, just a shiny black background covered with the beautifully decorated painting. Mr. Bally is truly one of the finest motorcycle painters in the U.S. (please excuse the nice reflection of the window in the pics).
As for fitment of specific models, we can only say they fit 2011 Sportsters but would probably fit any sportster from 2004 - 2014 and later. Best to check with the dealership to be sure. Just mention that they came off of a 2011 XL883L.
Our asking price is well under the cost of the new sidecovers and Danny's fee for the painting.
