Yamaha’s determination to become one of the world’s best piano builders really started to bear fruit in the latter third of the 20th Century. Their G & C models were making their way into music schools, performance venues, private teaching & recording studios, as well as homes with promising pianists.
At 6′ 1″ the G3 was one of the standout scale designs. During this period Yamaha was a fantastic value when compared with American and European pianos of this size.
This G3 was kept in very good condition by the original owners. For a serious beginner to advanced player who desires the precise touch and wide-ranging tonal palette of a conservatory grand, this is a top contender – especially at this price.
