Office Administrator – Construction Office (Full Time)
We are hiring an Office Administrator for a busy construction office. This is not a slow desk job. It’s fast paced, high volume, and requires someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and handle pressure without getting overwhelmed.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Guaranteed weekly overtime pay
What you’ll be doing
Answering and managing a high volume of phone calls
Data entry across multiple systems
Filing, organizing, and maintaining job records
Coordinating with field crews, vendors, and customers
Running office errands as needed
Keeping the office organized and moving efficiently
What we’re looking for
Excellent phone and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Thick skin and the ability to handle direct communication in a construction setting
Reliable and consistent attendance
Comfortable taking direction and jumping in where needed
Compensation and benefits
Starting pay $18 per hour or more depending on experience
