We own 6 rental home units in SE Heights and have hired &worked with dozens of skilled contractors & laborers for years here in ABQ – some much better than others -- be it skill, reliability, responsiveness, etc. So now, we’d like to work with someone (or partners) who’d like to grow into a superintendent role that'd include communicating with tenants and various routine work for a consistent monthly pay.
