Dog seen on rio grande/countryside (Albuquerque)

I saw this dog tonight (around 7:40) on rio grande and countryside I think in los ranchos. I tried to pull over and call it over but it barked and ran off. I saw that it had a collar, hopefully this helps if someone is looking for them! Sorry for the low quality photo, it wouldn't stay close to me.
