Brand new never used highly polished stainless steel 16 inch wheel simulators (GD816). They were ordered for a 1998 Second Generation Dodge Ram 3500 but were never used. They are made by Phoenix. These are the bolt on type with lug nuts, not the snap in type. The box was only opened to check the simulators.
