This is a no-drill cover, using clamps that attach to the rail tracks along the truck bed walls. Includes all hardware for attaching to truck bed. You will need to purchase new foam weatherstripping/sealant for bulkhead and side rails (found in most hardware stores or stores selling RV supplies for less than $20). I'm asking only about half of my original cost, so this is a great deal.
