I had a trailer tow package added to my 2020 Honda Passport Elite AWD. Part of the upgrade was to replace the bottom middle section of the rear bumper with one that had a cutout for the hitch and a more compact tailgate hands-free (kick) sensor that sits on the right side of the hitch receiver, instead of spreading across the entire bumper insert.

This part came off my 2020 Honda Passport Elite AWD. The hands-free sensor (p/o Honda P/N 08U59-TGS-100) will also fit other 2019-2021 models of the Honda Passport that are without the trailer tow package. According to the technician, it still works. However, you need the rest of the system (harnesses & switch) for it to plug into for it to be operational.
