PacifiCap Properties is seeking a Full-Time professional Groundskeeper at their Sun Pointe Property. As a full-time Groundskeeper, you will attend to any and all residential apartment and townhome needs in a timely and professional manner.
The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain building exteriors and grounds
Perform landscape work including mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, fertilization, leaf raking and irrigation.
Assist the Site Manager with the overall cleanliness of the property. Property grounds, landscaping, laundry room, parking lots and common areas must always be kept clean and free of debris. This includes snow/ice removal.
Perform maintenance and repair of sprinkler systems.
MUST meet the physical requirements of the required job duties
Maintain good public relations with the community by conducting all property activities in a professional manner.
High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Applicant MUST have previous experience in landscaping or yard work.
