We are a busy company that buys/sells real estate and manages our own rental properties. We have an established and very successful team that works well together.
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Project Manager to manage the buying, selling, and rehab of real estate projects that the company acquires. PM will also coordinate transactions and directly assist the CEO. Applicants must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
-Must have a current New Mexico Real Estate License and be a member of GAAR.
-Must be able to generate ABR/NM purchase and sale contracts using Authentisign, FlexMLS, and other platforms if necessary, with impeccable accuracy.
-Generate market analysis for home evaluations.
-Strong knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office which includes Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Working knowledge of social media marketing.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Must have outstanding written, grammar, and verbal communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels of high-profile organizations and our clients.
-Must be self-motivated and results driven.
-Negative drug test and must pass criminal background check.
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Manage high volume of inventory of real estate with minimal supervision and periodic over site.
-Execute and document the acquisition, remodel, and resale of investment properties from start to finish.
-Perform transaction coordinator duties including submission of paperwork and communication with all parties.
-Manage and improve an established team of construction contractors and office staff that is capable of procuring and processing 100+ properties per year.
-Prepare investor packages using the company profile.
-Manage and respond to all telephone calls, mail, and email communications.
-Monitor and maintain the company on-call phone.
-Assist the CEO with administrative support.
-Assist the CFO by approving invoices and bills and offer administrative support.
-Perform social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, Zillow, etc.
-Miscellaneous help with archiving, organizing, booking flights, etc.
-Work some nights and weekends.
