Hello,
I’m a responsible and respectful tenant looking to rent a spot for my RV/camper on private land or a lot on a monthly basis. I’m planning a move from Texas to the Rio Rancho area to be closer to family and am looking for a longer-term setup.
A little about me:
I’m a student with a stable background and excellent rental history
I live a quiet lifestyle and keep things clean and well-maintained
I have a very small (3 lb), 16-year-old dog who is quiet, well-behaved, and clean
What I’m looking for:
A safe place to park and live in my RV long-term (monthly rent)
Access to basic hookups is a plus (water/electric), but I’m flexible depending on the setup
Private land, backyard space, or rural property all considered
I’m easy to work with, respectful of property, and can provide references if needed. I will be heading that way in 30 days. I’m happy to discuss details and make something that works well for both of us.
