The room-mate will have access to a cupboard to store their food and their dishes. Plus half the fridge and freezer.
There will be a $200 deposit to hold the room, which is available now. Minimum of a 3-month lease. No pets accepted.
Utilities and Internet included. Prefer someone who works outside the home.
