I am looking for a part-time roommate -- someone who comes to ABQ often and would like to keep a dedicated space rather than unpack/pack each time. You would have your own fully furnished bedroom and bath in this 2BR, 2 bath townhome that is in a very quiet and safe area right near the bosque (a 1-minute walk). Nice patio area. Kitchen/laundry/common area use. Shopping center with grocery and bookstore is 4-minute walk. Driveway parking, possible shared garage for a small car. Although the space is fully furnished there is room in the garage if you had a bicycle you wanted to keep on-hand.

I am retired female who is pretty active. More liberal than conservative, tidy but not a neat freak. Looking for a bit of extra money to help with pay the mortgage now that my income is retiring. Have ad posted on furnished finders for short-term but full-time tenant at $975, which is also an option. Number of days/nights can be flexible and pricing adjusted accordingly. Utilities, internet included.
