I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my house! The house is located in a beautiful community about two miles from the UNM campus and one street from Ridgecrest.

Both my current roommate and I are engineering and biochemistry majors at UNM. We are both quite busy and quiet, and we never host large, raucous parties. Dogs are acceptable as long as they are toilet trained, but neither of us owns pets. In addition to utilities, which typically range from $70 to $90 for three people, including internet, the rent is $400. For any possible damage to the room, a $200 damage deposit is needed.
