I'm traveling more these days so I need someone that can take care of the house when I'm not there. Generally, I would have rented it for 700 per month but I'm willing to take off $100 if the house is kept somewhat cleaned.

The bathroom you would use is about 6 ft away; I have my own. I'm a easy-going type of person, a lot of fun to be around. I also have a small Shih-Tzu that is a great dog, very affectionate and playful. I'm a male at 62 that just can't seem to keep the house clean. lol. In addition, I'm always a gentleman.

House is located in a very safe upscale neighborhood in the Heights off Tramway/Copper in the foothills. There is also a beautiful park across the street with great views in the evening.

Also includes, Utube TV, internet and utilities.
