House has washer and dryer, full kitchen with designated refrigerator space and cabinet space for your cooking gear and food.
Room has closet with shelf and bar for clothes, ceiling fan/light, twin bed, end table, lamp. (If you want you can bring your own furniture and I will put mine into storage.)
This is a respectable clean quiet place to live. Agreement is month to month, looking for a quiet clean no drama working guy who wants to live modestly and save money.
