You will find big-screen TVs in the living room and the upstairs loft. Both floors have stereo systems for your entertainment. The backyard is private and quiet. It has fruit trees, grass, patio furniture, a fan with misters, string lights, and a barbecue grill.
The home includes refrigerated air, a washer and dryer, and a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice. It also has a security system with cameras in the yard and at the doors.
All utilities are included within reason.
I will be your only roomie. I’m a working professional with a schedule from Monday to Friday, PM. On Thursday and Friday, I work from my home office. I like to keep the house tidy and clean, and I have a lot of houseplants.
I’m generally quiet, but I do enjoy playing music sometimes. I will always be considerate of your schedule and needs.
Additionally, I identify as liberal and LGBTQ. I have open-minded views, so if you are very conservative or a Trump supporter, we may not get along well.
