Two bedrooms for rent in Northwest Rio Rancho. We are working on our fixer upper house in NW Rio Rancho and have two bedrooms available for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom double wide unit on a fenced-in parcel of land. $600 per bedroom plus access to the shared bathroom, utilities (internet, propane, power & water) will be split between tenants and paid by tenants - typically ranges between $100 - $250 per month depending on the season.

We are looking for short to medium term tenants 3-6 months, some tenants rent for up to a year. Great option for those looking for an affordable living situation, work from home, traveling professionals. Pets allowed with a deposit. Furnished rooms optional for an additional fee. Must pass background check, fill out application and pay application fee of $25.

If you’re interested in work trade to offset the rent cost we can talk about those accommodations as well. We are looking for help with the repairs and renovations, construction, plumbing, junk removal etc. The unit has a new hot water heater, new flooring and new paint in the bedrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are still being renovated and the land the home sits on is still being cleared from the previous owner. The current owners work on the property every week so you can expect to see us there regularly.
